Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level, solid floor.

  1. Remove transit bolts: Use wrench to remove all transit bolts from rear.
  2. Adjust leveling feet: Turn feet to ensure machine is perfectly level.
  3. Connect water supply: Attach hot and cold water hoses to corresponding valves.
  4. Connect drain hose: Secure drain hose to standpipe or sink.
  5. Plug into grounded electrical outlet.

WARNING! Do not install in areas with freezing temperatures. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Power on washing machine; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Run initial test cycle: Select "Tub Clean" cycle without laundry to remove residues.
  2. Set language: Use control dial and buttons to select preferred language.
  3. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow SmartThinQ app instructions for network setup.
  4. Load detergent: Fill detergent, softener, and bleach compartments as needed.

Connecting Utilities

Water Supply: Connect to hot and cold water taps. Drain: Secure drain hose. Power: Plug into grounded outlet.

  1. Turn off water supply before connecting hoses.
  2. Use only provided hoses; do not reuse old hoses.
  3. Ensure drain hose is not kinked and is secured properly.
  4. Verify electrical outlet meets local codes and is properly grounded.

Tip: Install a drip pan under the machine if placed on finished floors.

Using Wash Programs

Supports various fabrics and soil levels.

  1. Sort laundry: Separate by color, fabric type, and soil level.
  2. Load machine: Do not overload; leave space for movement.
  3. Add detergent: Use recommended amount based on load size and soil level.
  4. Select program: Turn dial to appropriate cycle.
  5. Adjust settings: Set temperature, spin speed, and options as needed.
  6. Start cycle: Press Start/Pause button.
  7. Unload promptly: Remove laundry immediately after cycle ends to prevent wrinkles.

WARNING! Do not wash items contaminated with flammable substances. Remove all objects from pockets.

Care & Cleaning
