Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, well-ventilated surface.

First-Time Setup

Connecting Devices

  1. Turn off all devices before connecting.
  2. Use high-quality HDMI cable for 4K/HDR signals.
  3. Select correct input source on TV (e.g., HDMI 1).
  4. Enable HDMI-CEC (SIMPLINK) for single remote control.

Tip: For best audio, connect HDMI directly to AV receiver if it supports 4K/HDR passthrough.

Playing Disc Media

Supports 4K UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD, CD.

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, place disc label-up in tray.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; use navigation for titles/chapters.
  3. Stop: Press STOP; eject with OPEN/CLOSE.
  4. Skip: PREV/NEXT for chapters/tracks.
  5. Search: Use LEFT/RIGHT arrows for fast forward/rewind.
  6. Subtitle/Audio: Press SUBTITLE or AUDIO to change tracks.
  7. BonusView/BD-Live: Access extra content if available on disc.
  8. Resume: Player may resume from last stop point.

WARNING! Do not touch disc surface; handle by edges. Do not use damaged discs.

Network & Streaming

Access streaming apps via HOME button. Install apps from LG Content Store. Requires internet connection.

  1. Connect to network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
  2. Sign in to apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) with account credentials.
  3. Update software: Check for updates in SETTINGS > General > About This TV > Check for Updates.
  4. Media server: Access DLNA servers on network.
