Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation.

  1. Connect to TV: Use HDMI for best quality, or Component/Composite cables.
  2. Connect to audio system: Use optical/coaxial digital audio or analog RCA cables.
  3. Plug power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  4. Insert batteries into remote control.
  5. Turn on DVD player and TV; select correct input source on TV.

WARNING! Ensure proper ventilation; do not block vents. Keep away from heat sources and moisture.

Front & Rear Panel

Front Panel: POWER button, OPEN/CLOSE button, USB port, Display window (shows status, time, track).

Rear Panel: HDMI OUT, COMPONENT VIDEO OUT (Y, Pb, Pr), COMPOSITE VIDEO OUT, ANALOG AUDIO OUT (L/R), DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (Optical/Coaxial), AC IN.

Connecting to TV & Audio System

HDMI Connection (Recommended): Connect HDMI cable from DVD player's HDMI OUT to TV's HDMI IN.

Component Video: Use Y, Pb, Pr cables for high-quality analog video (up to 1080i).

Composite Video: Basic connection using yellow video cable.

Audio: For surround sound, connect DIGITAL AUDIO OUT to receiver. For stereo, use ANALOG AUDIO OUT (red/white).

USB: Insert USB device into front panel port for media playback.

Playing Discs & USB Media

Supports DVD-Video, Video CD, Audio CD, MP3, JPEG, DivX.

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, place disc label-side up, close tray.
  2. USB playback: Insert USB device; player detects automatically or press USB button.
  3. Navigation: Use arrow buttons and ENTER to select titles/chapters/tracks.
  4. Playback functions: PLAY, PAUSE, STOP, SKIP, SEARCH, SLOW, STEP.
  5. Special functions: ZOOM (1.2x to 4x), REPEAT (title/chapter/track/all), LAST MEMORY.
  6. Subtitles/Audio: Change via SUBTITLE and AUDIO buttons during playback.
  7. Angle: Select camera angle if available on disc.
