Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper mounting surface.

  1. Choose location: Select stable wall or stand with proper ventilation.
  2. Mounting: Use VESA 600x400 compatible mount. Secure with appropriate hardware.
  3. Connect video sources: Use HDMI, DisplayPort, or other available inputs.
  4. Connect network: Attach Ethernet cable for remote management.
  5. Connect power: Plug into AC power outlet (100-240V AC, 50/60Hz).

WARNING! Display is heavy; use at least two people for installation. Ensure wall or stand can support weight.

First-Time Setup

Power on display; follow on-screen prompts.

  1. Select language: Choose preferred language from OSD menu.
  2. Configure input source: Press INPUT button to select connected source.
  3. Adjust picture settings: Use PICTURE menu for brightness, contrast, color, etc.
  4. Set up network: Configure IP settings in NETWORK menu (DHCP or manual).

Picture: BRIGHTNESS, CONTRAST, COLOR, TINT, SHARPNESS, Backlight, Color Temperature, Aspect Ratio. Audio: VOLUME, BASS, TREBLE, Balance, MUTE. Setup: Language, OSD Timeout, Power On Delay. Network: IP Configuration, Server Settings, Schedule. Option: RS-232C Settings, USB Playback, Auto Power On/Off.

Connecting Devices

HDMI/DisplayPort: For digital video/audio. VGA: For analog PC connection. Network: Ethernet for control.

  1. Turn off display and devices before connecting.
  2. Match cables to correct ports (e.g., HDMI to HDMI port).
  3. Select input via INPUT button (HDMI1, HDMI2, DisplayPort, etc.).
  4. For audio: Connect external speakers to Audio Out if needed.

Tip: Use high-quality cables for 4K content. Ensure cables are securely connected.

Using the Built-in Media Player

Supports USB playback of images, videos, and HTML5 content.

  1. Insert USB: Connect USB drive to USB port on side or rear.
  2. Access media: Press HOME button, select USB option.
  3. Play content: Navigate to file and press OK to play.
  4. Playback controls: Use arrow keys, PLAY/PAUSE, STOP, PREV/NEXT.
  5. Schedule playback: Use Content Management Software for scheduled playlists.
  6. Supported formats: MP4, AVI, MKV (video); JPEG, PNG (images); HTML5.

WARNING! Safely eject USB drive before removal. Do not remove during playback.

Network & Remote Management

Remote Control: Use RS-232C or Ethernet for system control. Scheduling: Set power on/off times and content playlists via network.

  1. Connect Ethernet cable to LAN port.
  2. Configure network settings (DHCP or static IP).
  3. Use LG Content Manager or compatible software for remote management.
  4. Set schedules for power and content playback.

Note: Default RS-232C settings: 9600 baud, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Use dry, soft cloth. For stubborn stains, dampen cloth with water only.

CAUTION! Do not use alcohol, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Do not spray liquids directly on screen.
