Installation

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place the player on a stable, level surface.

  1. Connect to TV: Use Component (YPbPr), Composite (AV), or S-Video cables for video.

  3. Plug the power cord into a standard AC outlet (120V, 60Hz).
  4. Insert batteries into the remote control.

First-Time Setup

  4. Pause/Still: Press PAUSE; press again to resume.
  5. Slow Motion: Press SLOW repeatedly for different speeds.
  6. Zoom: Press ZOOM to magnify (1.5x, 2.0x); use arrow keys to move zoom area.
  7. Repeat: Press REPEAT to cycle through repeat modes (Off, Track, Chapter, Title, All).
  8. Stop: Press STOP once for temporary stop (last memory); twice to clear memory.
  9. Eject: Press OPEN/CLOSE.

WARNING! Do not move the player while a disc is spinning. Do not use damaged or irregularly shaped discs.

Advanced Features

Parental Lock: Restrict playback by movie rating (USA, CANADA, etc.). Last Memory: Resumes playback from stop point. Multi-disc Resume: Remembers stop points for multiple discs. Audio/Subtitle Selection: Change audio track or subtitle language during playback. Photo Viewer: Play JPEG slideshows with background music (MP3).

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the player before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. For stubborn stains, dampen cloth slightly with water; do not use solvents. Clean the lens only with a specialized CD/DVD lens cleaner if necessary.
