Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place main unit on stable surface.

  1. Connect speakers: Match colored wires to corresponding terminals on main unit and speakers.
  2. Connect subwoofer: Use provided cable to connect to SUBWOOFER OUT on main unit.
  3. Connect antennas: Attach AM loop antenna and FM wire antenna to respective terminals.

First-Time Setup

Power on system; follow on-screen prompts if connected to TV.

Connecting Devices

TV: Optical/Coaxial for audio. Game Console: Optical/Coaxial or analog audio. PC: Analog audio input.

  1. Turn off all devices before making connections.
  2. Use appropriate cables (optical for best quality, RCA for analog).
  3. Select input source via INPUT SELECT (DVD, AUX, OPT, COAX, USB).

Tip: For best surround sound, use digital connections (optical/coaxial) when available.

Playing Media

Supports DVD-Video, audio CDs, MP3/WMA files from USB.

  1. Insert disc: Press OPEN/CLOSE, place disc in tray, press again to close.
  2. Play: Press PLAY; navigate with numeric buttons or arrows.
  3. Stop: Press STOP; eject with OPEN/CLOSE.
  4. Skip: PREV/NEXT for chapters/tracks.
  5. Repeat: REPEAT button for track/chapter/all repeat.
  6. Random: SHUFFLE for random playback.
  7. USB playback: Insert USB device, select USB input, navigate folders with arrows.
  8. Bookmark: Press BOOKMARK during playback to save position.

WARNING! Do not move unit during disc playback. Keep discs clean and free of scratches.

Audio Features

Sound Modes: MOVIE (enhances dialogue), MUSIC (wide soundstage), NIGHT (reduces dynamic range), SPORTS (enhanced crowd effects), GAME (positional audio). Virtual Surround: Creates surround effect with fewer speakers. Night Mode: Compresses audio dynamic range for late-night listening.

Care & Maintenance
