Operating Instructions

  4. Add ingredients to the bowl. Attach the splash guard.

  7. Monitor the mixture, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula (unit OFF).
  8. When finished, turn the power switch OFF and raise the mixer head to remove the bowl.

WARNING! Never insert hands, spatulas, or other utensils into the bowl while the mixer is running. Always use the splash guard.

Safety Features
