Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, level surface.

  1. Connect to TV: Use provided AV cables (composite) or optional S-Video/Component cables for better quality.
  2. Connect to Audio System: Use stereo audio cables or digital audio cable (coaxial/optical) for surround sound.
  3. Plug power adapter into AC outlet.
  4. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.

WARNING! Do not place the unit on soft surfaces like beds or sofas that may block ventilation. Ensure proper airflow around the unit.

First-Time Setup

Power on the player and TV; select correct input source on TV.

  1. Set Language: Press SETUP on remote, navigate to LANGUAGE, select preferred language.
  2. Configure Video Output: In SETUP menu, select VIDEO, choose output type (Composite, S-Video, Component) and scan mode (Interlaced/Progressive).
  3. Configure Audio Output: In SETUP menu, select AUDIO, choose output format (PCM, Bitstream) and speaker settings.

Playing Media

  2. Play: Press PLAY; disc menu may appear - use arrow buttons and ENTER to navigate.
  3. Navigate: Use SKIP (◀◀/▶▶) for chapter/track, SEARCH (◀/▶) for fast forward/rewind.
  4. Special Functions: Press ZOOM during playback to magnify; SUBTITLE to change subtitle language; AUDIO to change audio track.
  5. Program Play: Press PROGRAM to create custom play sequence.
  6. Repeat: Press REPEAT to cycle through repeat modes.
  7. Resume: Most discs resume from last stop point when PLAY is pressed.

WARNING! Do not move the player during disc playback. Do not use damaged or irregularly shaped discs.

Accessibility Features
